Break System
Workrave implements a three-tier break structure designed to maintain healthy computer usage:
1. Microbreaks
- Default: Every 3 minutes
- Duration: About 30 seconds
- Purpose: Brief pause to relax hands and eyes

2. Rest Breaks
- Default: Every 45 minutes
- Duration: About 10 minutes
- Purpose: Longer break to move around and reset

3. Daily Limit
- Tracks: Total daily computer usage
- Purpose: Prevents excessive daily screen time
- Configurable: Set your own daily usage limits
