WorkFlowy adapts the Kanban board concept to work within its infinite outline structure, creating a flexible daily scheduling system.

How It Works

Basic Structure

Create sections in your daily outline:

• Backlog/Todo: Tasks for today
• In Progress: Currently working on
• Done: Completed items

Optional additional columns:

• Waiting: Blocked or awaiting input
• Priority: Must-do items
• Maybe: Optional if time allows

Task Movement

• Start with all tasks in Backlog
• Move one task to In Progress when you begin
• Move to Done when completed
• Only one (or very few) items In Progress at once
